October 30th 2009-

Keller Outdoor was awarded the subcontract for landscaping and irrigation at the new North Whitfield County High School.  Keller Outdoor will be subcontractors under EMJ Corporation and will begin work early next year.  Due to budget cuts, irrigation and sod will be the only stages implemented at this time, but all parties involved remain hopeful that future landscape plans will be installed.  The original plans call for over 700 trees and shrubs and would transform the new school into one of the most beautiful campuses in the area. 

The irrigation system being installed is a new step for the system.  It will consist of a self-replenishing, "green" pump system that harvests rainwater in the detention ponds to irrigate the plants and grass.  This advanced technique of irrigation will save the school system countless dollars in the years ahead on utility bills. 

July 30th, 2010-

Keller Outdoor was awarded the subcontract for the sod and landscape installation at the new Ball Ground Elementary School in Cherokee County.  Working under Hardin Construction, Keller Outdoor has already begun installation of sod on P.E. fields and plans to install trees towards late September.

September 10th, 2010-

Keller Outdoor was awarded the maintenance contract for the new Dalton State College student housing facilities.  Formerly the Wood Valley Apartments, the facilities mark the first of its kind for the local, community college.  Keller Outdoor is proud to play a part in the new transformation and looks forward to keeping the property beautiful for the new residents.

October 1st, 2010-

KOI was awarded the contract for all landscaping and irrigation installation at the new IVC plant, located in Dalton, Georgia.  IVC is a major vinyl flooring manufacturer originally founded in Belgium.  The Dalton plant marks their first manufacturing facility located in the United States.  The new facility received state-wide recognition for being the first of its kinda to be constructed.  KOI is proud to be working with IVC in the landscaping of their new facility and look forward to completion sometime in early 2011.
